SHIPPING & RETURNS

Penthouse Beaute makes every attempt to ship within 24 business hours of receiving an order. However, Penthouse Beaute reserves the right to ship within 24 – 72 business hours of receiving an order.

Shipping orders are Monday - Friday.

Once shipped, packages could take up to 2- 10 business days to arrive depending on location. If a package has not been received within 10 business days, Penthouse Beaute will re-ship the product and a signature will be required for delivery. We provide tracking numbers to the email or phone number on file at the time of check out.

Shipping Corrections 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided to Penthouse Beaute, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for: 

​

1. Re-directing the package through UPS, Fedex or USPS. 

2. Pay the additional shipping if the package is returned to 

Penthouse Beaute and needs to be re-shipped.
